I actually run an NFT curation service in my spare time (maybe I’m a fixer too?) but I’ve been a huge fan of Tony Babel for a while now and the animation fit the content of the article.

SuperRare is an NFT marketplace. There are a few competitors like OpenSea and Rarible that serve different niches, but for the most part all of them sell authenticated originals. The way it works is by creating a unique token usually on the Ethereum blockchain and using that as a digital certificate of authenticity.

For steps, I recommend setting up a Metamask coin wallet since it’s the easiest to use. Connect it to Coinbase and purchase Ethereum. Then you can connect the Metamask wallet to SuperRare or OpenSea and use it to buy NFTs you like or think will appreciate.

I personally find value in them, but a lot of experts are torn as to whether this is a bubble or a legitimate authentication method. I’m in the middle, but I think it’s worth keeping an eye on.
