I hate this style more than anything. I don't mind Web Brutalism with regards to boxes around things, big square pictures, and flat colors, but I absolutely hate how tacky emojis are.

It makes sense that in the endless tacky grift of cryptocurrency they would be using chintzy, schlocky emojis on everything too. About the level of sophistication expected out of that cesspool.
