Usability testing is irrelevant if your product isn’t following standard heuristics for app design. If your product has nonexistent whitespace, confusing menus, nonstandard icons, obscure features and functionality, poor color choices, strange uses of notifications, and uneven item placement then it’s obvious you need to fully redesign it before testing.

If you’re focused on testing every single change you make, you’re likely wasting company time and being unproductive.
